Garage/ADU
This particular client wanted a garage but also some additional private living space. We helped them design the best possible option given the small space available and secured a permit despite some push back from the city. The project is ongoing and I will update this with finish pictures when we get there!!
Carport Conversion
This client wanted to enclose his carport to protect his belongings and keep the weather out of his garage area. I made this work by framing in each side of the carport adding a man door in the rear and a 16x7 door in the front installed by the good folks at Wicked Garage Doors. The client loves the security and peace of mind this project brought him!

Custom Home
This home was framed for a client in Herriman who was acting as his own GC. He reached out looking for a framing crew to help build his home and we delivered. We offer framing services in Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Summit, and Utah County!
Shop/ADU
This client contacted us to build a 2 bedroom 2 bath ADU rental unit above his massive shop in Riverton. The building turned out awesome and we really enjoyed our time there.
